Hfive Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

Hfive.onl (hereinafter referred to as "hfive", "we", or "the platform") is an online entertainment platform providing a variety of casino games, Sports Betting, and digital entertainment to eligible members in Malaysia. The platform is operated by a licensed company in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "you") and hfive. By accessing, registering, or using the hfive platform in any way, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines we may issue from time to time.

If you register on behalf of an organization or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. hfive reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and notice will be provided via the platform or your registered email.

To use hfive services to their fullest, you will need to register an account by providing accurate and complete information. The eligibility requirements to register an hfive account are as follows:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering as an individual and not on behalf of any third party without written authorisation.
• You are not prohibited by local laws from accessing online gambling services.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only — holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and kept up to date at all times.

Hfive reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time. You may be required to submit a copy of your identification card, utility bill, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or termination.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials secure. Please notify the hfive support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Hfive supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. All transactions are processed using industry-standard encryption technology to ensure the security of your funds.

Deposit Requirements:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Hfive does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned less processing fees.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account within seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the payment method.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or a method verified under the member's name.
• Hfive targets a withdrawal processing time of within 5 minutes after verification is complete.
• First-time withdrawals or those exceeding certain limits may require additional KYC verification.
• Hfive reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes without prior notice if suspicious activity is suspected.

Funds held in your hfive account do not earn interest. hfive does not operate as a financial institution and member funds are not protected by any government-backed deposit guarantee scheme.

Hfive offers a wide range of promotions and bonuses designed to deliver added value to our members. All bonuses are subject to clear and fair rollover requirements. Please read the terms of each promotion carefully before accepting it.

• Welcome Bonus: The first bonus is exclusively available to new members making their first deposit. Each member may claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Rollover Requirements: Every bonus has a rollover requirement stated in the relevant promotion terms. Withdrawals are not permitted until the rollover requirements have been fully met.
• Time Limit: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses that expire before the rollover requirements are met will be automatically cancelled.

Members are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots or tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system for personal gain.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Intentionally placing opposing bets (arbitrage) to manipulate bonus requirements.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, hfive will use server records to determine the actual status of that game. Decisions based on server records are final.

The data you provide to hfive is used for the following purposes:

• Verifying identities and processing financial transactions securely.

Hfive will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or a valid court order.

To keep the hfive platform safe and fair for all members, the following are strictly prohibited and may result in firm action including immediate account termination:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account per individual, whether using the same or different identities.
• Hackers & Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to access hfive systems without authorization, breach security, or damage the platform's infrastructure.
• Bonus Abuse: Using methods contrary to the spirit of a promotion to obtain bonuses unlawfully.
• Threats & Harassment: Threatening, harassing or abusing hfive staff or other members through any communication channel.

Hfive reserves the right to retain records of all suspicious activity and report them to the relevant authorities when required by law.

You may close your hfive account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus rollover requirements will be forfeited and any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of review.

Hfive reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• A finding that the member does not meet the age or jurisdictional eligibility requirements.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, hfive reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance in that account as compensation, subject to the outcome of a thorough internal investigation.

The hfive platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hfive makes no guarantee that the platform will be constantly available, error-free, or fully meet your specific expectations.

To the extent permitted by law, hfive shall not be liable for:

• Loss of income, profits or opportunities arising from service disruptions beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Damage or loss caused by viruses, malware or third-party cyberattacks.
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided by third-party game providers on the hfive platform.

Hfive's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed your net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Hfive reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to members via a notice displayed on the platform or through their registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the hfive platform after notice of changes has been given will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration under Malaysian jurisdiction.
